Registration deadline is July 8, 2022. Registrations completed after July 8, t-shirt size is not guaranteed.

The $15 registration fee per child must be paid in order to submit the online registration. Payment can be made through PayPal with a credit card or PayPal account.

I hereby give permission for my child to take part in the IBC Soccer Camp and absolve Independent Baptist Church from liability to me or my child because of injury to my child while attending. In case of emergency, I understand every effort will be made to contact the parents. In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to Independent Baptist Church to secure proper treatment for my child. I also grant permission to Independent Baptist Church to use my child's photograph(s) on its web site or Facebook or in other official church printed publications without further consideration.
